Following some recent publicity relating to allegations of inappropriate behaviour by a person connected to the sport of Floorball, The Board of Directors for Floorball Australia Limited wish to put their support behind all players, coaches, staff and people connected to the sport of floorball.

We also confirm that the person concerned has resigned from all roles within Floorball including any associated with the National Teams and Refereeing/Coaching. All enquiries regarding National Teams or National Refereeing/Coaching should be directed to the FAL email and will be actioned accordingly

 The FAL Board has endorsed a National Member Protection Policy that clearly sets out the expectations relating to appropriate behaviour within the sport. Where criminal behaviour is alleged or identified, referrals will be made to the relevant State Authorities for investigation.

Anyone within the sport with concerns about inappropriate behaviour is encouraged to contact their relevant Member Protection Information Officer, State Authorities or Lifeline Australia - 13 11 14 - Crisis Support.
