Floorball Australia (FAL) is proud to announce its acceptance as a Recognised Organisation member of the Australian Olympic Committee (AOC), marking a significant milestone for the sport’s national growth and recognition in the country’s sporting arena.

This recognition reflects the shared values between FAL and the AOC, including a commitment to excellence, inclusion, and increasing participation across Australia. 

It also signals exciting momentum for the sport, which continues to grow thanks to the dedication of volunteers, clubs, and communities around the country.

“This is a meaningful step forward for floorball in Australia,” said FAL Executive Director Steve King. 

“We’re honoured to be welcomed into the AOC family following the vote of its members at its Annual General Meeting” he said. 

FAL looks forward to working alongside the AOC to further promote the sport and inspire the next generation of Australian athletes.
