Expressions of Interest are now open for the Australian U19 Men’s National Team for the 2027 U19 Men’s World Floorball Championships. This EOI is for the 2027 U19 Men’s World Floorball Championships Qualifications in September 2026, Host TBC and if successful in qualifying, the 2027 U19 Men’s World Floorball Championships be held in February 2027 in Latvia.

Once EOI's close, the National U19 Men’s Team Manager will be in contact with those who have submitted EOI's with further details of the Selection Camp to be held on April 18 - 19.

The EOI will remain open until Tuesday 24th February, 5:00pm AWST (8:00PM AEDST).

Age Eligibility: Please note, in correspondence received from IFF on May 14, 2025 “In its last meeting the IFF Central Board decided about the age eligibility for the upcoming U19 WFCs.  The period will remain the same for the U19 WFCs played in May but will change for the new U19 WFC playing period of February, starting in 2027.

2027 MEN U19 WFC (February)

Players aged between 01.01.2008 – 30.04.2012”

This means all players must be born on 01.01.2008 or after but not later than 30.04.2012. If you fall outside of this range, you are not eligible for selection nor will be considered for selection. Exemptions to the age rules are not available nor will be sought.

For your EOI to be valid you must be a Full Financial Member of a Floorball Australia Limited Member State. If you reside and play outside of Australia, you are still required to be Full Financial Member of a Floorball Australia Limited Member State.Should your membership not be current at the close of the EOI there will be a $20 processing fee imposed. It is your responsibility to ensure this is current. Please contact your state administrator for details on your membership status.
